The meeting will take place at the Hotel Uthgra Los Cocos in the Province of Cordoba, Argentina, in a four nights and five days format, starting on late afternoon Sunday October 24th and ending on Thursday October 28th of 2010.
The UTHGRA Los Cocos is located in the Punilla Valley, Córdoba, just 108 km north of Córdoba Capital city. It counts outdoors for relaxation with an ample park and woods, swimming pool, golf, soccer, volley, básquet, paddle and tennis fields, fitness center with trainner assistance, covered parking, comfortable rentable cars to cross and to appreciate our mountainous areas.
Arrival and check-in
It is expected that attendees will arrive/check-in for SISTAM on Sunday between 5:00 pm & 6:30 pm. The first science activity begins at 7:00 pm so please give yourself enough time to check in and get to the session on time.
The meeting room and poster area
Science Sessions are held in the SUM.
Poster Sessions are held in the “Quincho”.
On-site housing / facilities
The UTHGRA Los Cocos Hotel and the ANEXO FATAGA Hotel are located adjacent to each other, and connected by a catwalk. The accommodations offered in the sleeping rooms at the two facilities are equal: double rooms equipped with a phone, TV and air conditioning. Attendees have access to the on site outdoor, swimming pool, and fitness center.
Dining Area / meals
All Meals are served in the air-conditioned HOTEL ANEXO FATAGA. Vegetarian selections are provided at all meals.
Internet, phone and computer access
Complimentary wireless Internet access is located throughout the hotel. There is also one computer located near the lobby which is available for the guests to use.

The site is fully handicapped accessible.
